300 gr orez , 900 gr apa, 5 plicuri zahar vanilat, 200 gr stafide, coaja rasa de la o lamaie, 200 gr zahar.
Se curata, se spala orezul  si se fierbe. Se adauga  zaharul. Se lasa sa se raceasca, se adauga stafidele, coaja
